Hi! I’m Kat Fitzpatrick, and thank you for taking time to visit my site. I am an adventurer, guided by curiosity and committed to following my joy. You can most likely find me outside somewhere, either playing with my dog Endo, riding my dirt bike, or hiking around. When I’m not playing outside, I love to be cozy inside, reading, doing puzzles, writing letters, trying new hobbies or making fun creations with my sewing machine.

Dirt Biker

I’m proud to call myself a dirt biker, and love the community I’ve found in this wild sport. I think dirt bikes are the most amazing way to explore the world, while getting to know yourself better every mile. I have a theory that dirt bikers are the most kind people out there, it’s been proven true over and over again and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Coach

I started helping my mom coach recreation sports when I was in middle school. She was a PE Teacher and then the Recreation Coordinator for our town growing up, so not only were we involved in every activity possible – we also helped and I was exposed to so many coaching and teaching techniques – without realizing it, I was learning from a very young age how to coach athletes. I love coaching basketball and soccer, and in 2022 had the opportunity to begin coaching dirt biking, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it!

Explorer

I was just over 6 weeks old when I was taken to the desert on my first camping trip. Ever since then, I’ve been hooked. I love maps, finding new places to camp and the adventures that always happen along the way. If there’s rocks – I want to climb on them, if there’s a river I want to cold plunge in it and if there’s a mountain – I want to dirt bike to the top of it. Always gotta see what’s around the next bend!

Granddaughter

My Grandma, Phyllis, is 95 years old and the most incredible woman in the world! She has lived an extraordinary life, and with a photographic memory – her stories are so amazing! Of all the things I do in this life, and of all the roles I play – being her Granddaughter is my favorite. Phyllis will always come first and I make sure I prioritize quality time with her in my life. We love to go on road trips – so far my favorite road trips with just she and I have been to Santa Fe, Crested Butte, Yellowstone, & Calgary.

Nomad

I’d long held this dream of traveling around the west in an Airstream trailer and riding my dirt bike. In 2021 I was able to make that dream a reality! The Dreamstream is what I call my Airstream and I wouldn’t exactly say I’m fully nomadic, but I am grateful to be able to live out of the Airstream for a good amount of each year. It’s the perfect size for Endo and I, and gets us to all our dirt bike adventures and more!
